I have been trying to loose weight. Ok, so who hasn't? But lucky me, I have actually been succeeding, if slowly, since I got back from the doom cruise in November. Some of my keys to success have been compulsively weighing myself and trying to write down *everything* I eat, plus exercising every day unless I 'm sick. Well, it is starting to show - I have to poke a few more holes in my leg armor straps so I can tighten them more, and I can wear my jeans from two years ago... Go me! As part of this process, I have tried out two of the free diet/fitness sites on the web, fitday, and sparkpeople. Following is my review of the two sites, based on how I've been using them.
