Glass workers guild?

Now that more and more people are doing more than lampworking, it seems like it might be time to work on forming some sort of glass workers guild, either official or unofficial. A place where we can at least connect people wanting to learn stuff from each other. Areas of focus could include glass blowing, lamp working, fusing & slumping, glass painting, stained glass, enameling, and of course anything else I am forgetting.

So does anyone know who to contact about trying to get a meeting time scheduled for Kingdom A&S? Then at least some of us who will be there can get together and mull it over. Plus meetings have to be held at 3 kingdom events before a guild can happen, so this would at least be a step in that direction.

Hrmmm ... there isn't a event website yet, nor does there seem to be any information about a meeting coordinator, yet, so I would go directly to the working end of that animal.

Well I can't give any info to answer your actual question but consider me another individual who would be greatly interested in this if it were to happen.
