Good Weekend, Good Glass...

This weekend was awesome.

We went to a "rock band party" at one of Hank's co-worker's house on Friday night. People dressed up in their idea of rock star clothes, and some of us took turns playing rock band. There was much booze, food, people. It was fun, even if it was sort of off because of work people for Hank.

Then, somehow, on Saturday we ended up at Frys, and then we were at home with our own copy of Rock Band! DOOOM! Yet so obsessively compulsively fun. Anyway, there went Saturday.

Sunday morning I blew glass. It went very well. Last Monday glass blowing also went really well. Pictures at the bottom of my post. After blowing glass, I went back to a fixed bathroom sink courtesy of H.  H and I proceeded to drink the bottle of Tattinger Brut I got him for hexmas, eat shrimp cocktail & garlic bread, and play more Rock Band. Such geeks, but so much fun. ;-)

This is the goblet set from last Monday morning, with one of my in-progress waxes in the center. Both the goblet sets I have pics of will have metal connector bits and feet.

He kept getting in the way of all of my earlier attempts at photography. Guess he likes art. ;-)
