Mayday Attack!!!
I came home to a be-flowered house! There was a camellia blossom taped to the front door, another on the doormat, a vase stuffed full of blossoms on the doormat, and a construction paper basket with flowers in the mailbox. SO cute. I guess the neighborhood kids like us. :-) Their are occasional neat things about living in a neighborhood with bunches of kids, even if I do have to try to remember not to swear when I drop my keys or am almost knocked over by Rasputin when entering the house...

Plus, I love it when kids keep up traditional practices. And I like to think it's a possibility that if their parents tell them about May Day, they tell them about other good things too.

"I came home to be deflowered"
Probably influenced by images from the burlesque show I just got home from.
Still, time for a deep breath, and off to bed!
Happy May Day.
